Hi, I’m Thomas.

As a devout Christian and former college baseball player, I never imagined that my passion for real estate would take me on such an exhilarating journey. It all began in 2020 when I took the leap and purchased my first property, a modest duplex. Little did I know that this decision would unlock a world of opportunities and financial success.

I was determined to turn a duplex into a profitable investment, putting in hard work and expertise to upgrade it and raise its value. This success ignited my passion for real estate, leading me to sell the property for double the initial price. I ventured into other investments like AMC shares, making good profits. With these gains, I successfully completed five more property flips in a year. Now, I'm looking for partners who want high returns and portfolio diversification through ethical real estate ventures, leveraging my experience and commitment.

Julee Shardy

Hello, I'm Julee Shardy.

Kent, Ohio raised and a long-time resident of Phoenix Scottsdale, Arizona. Alongside raising my wonderful son, June, and being forever grateful for the considerable amount of support from my family, I've moved back.

I've spent many years in the mortgage industry as a broker and loan originator. My involvement in real estate investing with Thomas for the past three years has inspired me to pursue and secure my real estate license, all along while sharing 20 years of experience in fine dining, wine and bourbon.

I've always felt it's important to provide opportunities to create an exceptional and professional experience for the client, customer, borrower and guest.

Leveraging my expertise, I aim to support Thomas's business growth while also expanding my own ventures.
